Cereus Forbesii Spiralis
This cactus is amongst the most unusual of its kind, with a blueish green hue, with a body that twists from head to toe. It's super easy to look after, and forgiving of a forgetful owner.
Light: Tolerant of some direct sunlight, although try to avoid over-exposure to avoid scorching. Will be suitable for most places, but perhaps avoid south-facing windowsills and conservatories.
Watering: Water only once soil is dry. This plant is drought-tolerant, but won't appreciate being over-loved.
Soil: Well-draining soil. Ideal potting mixture will be one part perlite/coarse potting sand, one part loam soil.
Temperature: They are comfortable between 16-24°C, although can tolerate temperatures as low as 8°c.
Repotting: Repot annually during the earlier part of the year when they are young. Once more mature, repot when its rootbound.
