Monstera Minima (Raphidophora Tetrasperma)
The Raphidophora Tetrasperma is a bit of a pseudo-Monstera, to the point that its earned the nickname of 'Monstera Minima'. This guy has slightly perforated foliage that stays manageable in size. Just to avoid any headaches, we'd recommend putting this Raphidophora on a similar care schedule as a Monstera!
Light: Avoid placing in direct sunlight as it will scorch the leaves. This guy will enjoy a brightly lit room, although will not fuss too much if in a moderately lit room.
Watering: Around once a week, although this varies. Ensure the top soil has dried out before watering to prevent root rot.
Soil: Well-draining soil. Ideal potting mixture will be one part perlite/coarse potting sand, one part loam soil.
Temperature: Keep temperatures between 18 and 29°C, but can withstand as low as 15°C.
Repotting: Repot every 1-2 years increase pot size by 2cm.
